The National Council of Legislators from Gaming States (“NCLGS”) is the only organization of state lawmakers that meets on a regular basis to discuss issues regarding gaming.
NCLGS does not promote or oppose gaming but is primarily concerned with the proper regulation and best practices of the industry.
All states and territories of the United States, including the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, are deemed to be NCLGS members. States are distinguished as either Members or Associate Members.
Contributing membership is afforded to states that pay $5,000 annual dues.
Thanks to contributions from interested parties who realize the importance of NCLGS, legislators — often hard-pressed to find funding — will have an opportunity to attend our upcoming NCLGS Meetings in the WINTER and/or SUMMER and receive complimentary conference registration and a stipend for travel expenses. This is offered on a first come first serve basis.
Members may attend the Summer and Winter meetings at their
own cost, participate in NCLGS discussions, and access the NCLGS website.
