As gaming revenue continues to grow across the United States, casino and gaming executives explore new ways to attract customers. How are these executives balancing what works now as opposed to what may work in the future? How will retail casinos adjust to the growth of online gaming, sports betting, electronic games, skill games, esports, virtual reality and other entertainment options? How will they integrate these verticals at their venues? Will these options have the same payoffs for states as the traditional slots and table games?

The Committee has formed a Responsible Gaming Resolution Framework Working Group that is gathering input from multiple, knowledgeable stakeholders across a range of disciplines related to responsible gaming and problem gambling. States have been endeavoring for decades to battle an industry that is neither taxed nor regulated.
